Food Freedom

I love people.
I help them with their health in any way I can. It is a great honor of my existence.

I help many with food.
Food sensitivities, food allergies, food elimination, food evaluation, food organization, food activation, food shopping, food attachments, food obsessions, and food strongholds.

Also, food fear, food shame, food control, food overwhelm, food confusion, food boundaries, food greed, food anxiety, food stubbornness, food ignorance, and food toxicity.

For most, food is a part of their every day and because of this it can reveal the needs within their soul. This is a gift. Any tool that communicates to us about the needs of the soul can be considered helpful. Since, what greater responsibility do we have than to steward our own self?

What I’m actually attending to in the food matters, in honor and love, with people who are brave enough to do the hard work of healing the soul, is…

Sensitives, allergies, elimination, evaluation, organization, activation, shopping, attachments, obsessions, strongholds, fear, shame, control, overwhelm, confusion, boundaries, greed, anxiety, stubbornness, ignorance, and toxicity.

I think most people want their experience with food to be a simple thing in their life, but it just isn’t, yet. Their interest in simplicity doesn’t imply the aim is to fit within the stronghold in America that recklessly says “live to eat”, “food is the rewarder”, “there is no consequence”. They’re not looking to cast off restraint, worship food and call it freedom. They are looking for true freedom, where food is not the enemy but it’s certainly not the god. God’s original design is for food to serve us, not the other way around. Most people want food to require less focus and time than it has for their soul or body health or both, but regardless they’ve decided to show up and keep engaging the process until food becomes something that promotes health in their life.

Today, there are some reasons you know, and some you don’t of why a person is making particular food choices in your presence. The least you can do is be kind. Choose to be or become a person that cheers people on into freedom instead of lives the low life of a bully.

God made it so that we need food to live. My prayer for all is that we would “eat to live” and enjoy doing it!
